Since 2022 the Newberry Regional Partnership,
a team of concerned residents and organizations, have been working to develop a long-range plan for growth in zip code areas 97707 and 97739 – South Deschutes County (Sunriver and La Pine), plus adjacent areas in Klamath and Lake County that use La Pine-Sunriver for services.
